Privacy Policy

The following privacy statement informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of any personal data collected and used by the responsible provider Interquell GmbH, Südliche Hauptstraße 38, 86517 Wehringen, Germany, 08234-96220, info(at) on this website (hereafter also referred to as the “offer”).
The legal basis of data protection can be found in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access data / server log files

The provider (or its webspace provider) collects data (called “server log files”) every time the website is accessed. Access data includes:
name of the requested web page, file name, time and date of the request, volume of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the page previously visited), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data solely for statistical analysis for the purposes of operating, securing and optimising the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to examine the log data at a later point in the event that specific indications give rise to a reasonable suspicion of unlawful use.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information that makes a person identifiable, i.e. data that can be traced back to an individual. This includes a person’s name, e-mail address and telephone number. Details about a person’s preferences, hobbies, memberships or websites visited also count as personal data.
The provider will only collect, use or pass on personal information if this is legally permitted or the users have consented to the collection of such data.

When contacting the provider (e.g. via a contact form or by email), the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing their request and in case of further questions.

We use our newsletter to send you information about us and our offers.
If you wish to receive the newsletter, you must provide us with a valid email address along with information allowing us to check that either you are the owner of the email address provided or the owner has agreed to receive the newsletter. No other data will be collected. This data will only be used for the purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
When you register for the newsletter we store your IP address and the date you registered. The sole purpose of this stored information is to serve as evidence in the event that a third party misuses the email address and registers to receive the newsletter without the knowledge of the legitimate owner.
You may at any time revoke your consent to the storage of data and email addresses, and to their use for sending the newsletter. You can do this via a link in the newsletter itself, within your profile area or by sending a message to one of the contacts listed above.

Integration of services and third party content

This online offer may sometimes contain third party content, such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always assumes that the providers of such content (hereafter referred to as "third party providers") obtain knowledge of the user’s IP address, since without the IP address they could not transfer the content to the respective user’s browser. The IP address is thus required to display such content. We endeavour to only use content from providers who use IP addresses solely for the purpose of delivering their content. However, we have no influence on whether third party providers store IP addresses, for example for statistical purposes. We will inform users of any such activities that we are aware of.

If you use external links that are offered within our website, this data privacy statement does not extend either to these links or the content of the linked websites. We have no influence on whether other operators comply with data protection and internet security regulations. We therefore advise you to check the privacy notices on other providers’ websites. At the time of linking we had no knowledge of any illegal content on the linked pages.
